The individual that checked me in (can't remember his name) was very nice and professional, the waiting room was comfortable and graciously accomodated my dogs, the couch was very comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars has nothing to do with the personnel, I do believe it was out of their control. There was a problem connecting to the internet server to adequately perform the recall update for the backup camera. I drove 8 hours round trip for this appointment to satisfy the rental car company policy requiring the recall to be fixed within a certain time frame, and was hoping to be out in a few hours, but it turned out to be 5 hours that I waited for the internet server to connect. Had the internet been more cooperative, it would definitely be a 5 star rating.

I had to bring a leased vehicle after 7000 miles that would not start. Towed in to ur service facility on a Fri, and lost equity when I purchased another vehicle. I am surprised a brand new car would fail at 7000 miles ( would not start) It is high fire danger here and it is dangerous for me to be without a car. VW should refund some of that negative equity I was required to pay.

The staff was very pleasant and even though I normally do all my own oil changes and such this was the 10,000 mile and the staff explained that there were more things they do during this and the 20,000 mile service that make it worth while for me to have done. The ability to drop it off in the morning and get a shuttle to work while they worked on it was also very helpful.
