Everything was great except they didn't change the oil change sticker in the window. I also found a little black plastic connecter they use to hold things together in cars on the floor on the passengers side. This concerns me because, they had the ducting apart to clean it out.

I bought my VW brand new from Medford VW in 2019 and have only taken my vehicle to Medford VW for service since. They have kept my car running great and we have put a ton of miles on it. Every time I am in, the guys in the service department take the time to listen and then explain what needs to happen to keep my vehicle running. My son had a situation with his older VW and he took it to a couple other garages in town that couldn't figure it out. I finally called Medford VW to see if they would take a look and they were happy to. Within the day, they had the issue diagnosed and fixed. Medford VW has restored my faith in dealership mechanics again...these guys are great!!!
