    Really responsive, good communication, work done in the time expected. But... the lack of any kind of extras makes me sure I'll choose a non dealer mechanic once out of warranty. No loaner cars is a big deal in a rural area that pulls in from surrounding communities. Especially when EVs often are kept for several days at a time due to software issues and parts delays.

    Brandon at the service desk was great. They got my daughter’s car in quickly and repaired in one day. It had to go back in for a check up issue and they diagnosed and repaired the same day. Thanks so much Brandon and Medford VW

After speaking to countless dealers from Medford to Portland, one phone call with Jeremy made us realize the level of professionalism and commitment was different. the moment we arrived, Ryan showed us the car and was not pushy or salesman like instead instantly gained our trust.     My recent experience with a recall on my ID4 was frustrating. Not anything the dealership could solve I am afraid. The recall had to do with a software update. The vehicle was running fine before the update but not after. Apparently VW decided the cost of getting vehicle back to working condition was my responsibility financially. This kind of negates the recall process which has always been the manufacturer's responsibility in my experience, covered under the warranty. I don't know what is legal in this regard. Not a good look for VW.
